Henry Bandet founded the HG Capital funds in 1995, and is a Partner in HG Capital. He has originated and structured more than $1.5 billion of value add and opportunistic real estate investments in the Western U.S. Prior to founding HG Capital, Mr. Bandet was the President of the Hunting Gate group of companies, a diversified real estate business with offices in California and England. He holds a California real estate broker's license. Mr. Bandet graduated from Stanford University with a B.A.S. degree in Economics and a B.A.S. degree in Applied Earth Sciences, both with honors.

ANDREW J. JOBST
Partner

Andrew Jobst is a Partner in HG Capital.  Since joining the company in 1997, Mr. Jobst has been involved in all aspects of the Fund’s operations, including investment origination, the negotiation of new joint venture agreements with Operating Partners, and asset disposition strategy.  Mr. Jobst has underwritten and structured over 80 investments across property types with more than 30 different operating partners for a total completed value in excess of $1.5 billion. Mr. Jobst holds a B.S. degree in Biology, a B.A. degree in Economics and an M.S. degree in Engineering Economic Systems and Operations Research from Stanford University.

WILLIAM R. LEIVA
Chief Financial Officer

William Leiva is the Chief Financial Officer of HG Capital. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Page Mill Properties, Prometheus Real Estate Group, and Limar Realty Group. Earlier, he was with Orchard Properties and The Landsing Corporation. Mr. Leiva brings 30 years of real estate accounting and finance experience with public and privately-held companies. He has been responsible for negotiating and closing $3.2 billion in loans with banks, life companies and government agencies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
